- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor equipment performance during production.
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production concerns.
- Follow job specifications and production instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Assist with other production-related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous thermoforming manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable and flexible with scheduling, including Saturdays and other weekends as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
