Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager during all phases of construction.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and field observations.
- Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and distribute minutes and action items.
- Assist with maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct field observations and support quality control and compliance efforts.
- Support the closeout process including punch lists, asbuilts, and O&M documentation.
- Promote and ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, and sit for extended periods.
- Travel to the project site is required.
- Ability to visit and work on active construction sites, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
