Overview
Our client is seeking a high-performing BFS Hunter Sales Leader to drive net-new logo acquisition across North America. This is a pure hunter role focused on building enterprise relationships and selling AI-led digital transformation, data, cloud, and platform engineering services into Banks, Financial Institutions, and FinTech organizations.
This opportunity is ideal for an aggressive enterprise sales professional with a proven track record of opening new accounts, creating pipeline from scratch, and closing complex IT services engagements and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business development across the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) vertical
- Identify, pursue, and close enterprise opportunities with banks, credit unions, financial institutions, and FinTech organizations
- Develop strategic account plans and multi-threaded CXO engagement strategies
- Sell AI-driven transformation, digital engineering, cloud, data, analytics, and managed services solutions
- Build pipeline through proactive hunting, networking, and consultative enterprise selling
- Partner with internal delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to shape large-scale transformation deals
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution

Required Experience
- 15 years of IT services sales experience
- 5 years of experience selling into the BFS vertical
- Proven success acquiring multiple net-new enterprise logos
- Strong experience selling into:
- Banks
- Credit Unions
- FinTech Organizations
- Financial Platforms
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Strong consultative selling and deal-shaping experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and large transformation engagements
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Temenos, Finastra, or core banking ecosystems
- Experience selling AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, or engineering services
- Existing BFS industry relationships and executive network across North America
