Description:
Responsible for daily support of site-specific network and workstation printers in a law firm environment. Focus on delivering excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and maintaining printer fleet performance. Secondary responsibilities include mail handling, with cross-training in print and hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting for network and workstation printers
- Respond to customer requests promptly; resolve issues accurately and escalate when necessary
- Keep customers informed on status and resolution of service requests
- Document all service calls, troubleshooting steps, and meter reads using tracking tools
- Provide end-user support, including remote troubleshooting guidance
- Maintain and update printer fleet tools and databases; report fleet status and performance
- Manage printer procurement, on-site hardware, consumables, and hot swap inventory
- Support mail sorting, delivery, and related operational tasks as needed
Salary : $17 - $21
