Job Summary:
Core Responsibilities
- Build and scale Snowflake-based data pipelines supporting Capacity Economics (pricing, ordering, production linkage).
- Design canonical data models and integrate fragmented systems (SFDC, platform, offline sources).
- Optimize and productionize spatial workflows to reduce repeated heavy compute and enable standardized outputs.
- Standardize and automate large-scale data pipelines in cloud data platforms.
Technical Expertise
- Snowflake, Fivetran (Postgres ingestion), and Python for data processing & automation.
- Geospatial processing skills: spatial joins, intersects, overlays, clipping, buffering, reprojection, and area calculations.
- SQL (Snowflake preferred) and/or Python (GeoPandas, Shapely) for geospatial data handling.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Starburst.
- Knowledge of spatial data sourcing strategies.
- Ability to replace legacy GIS pipelines.
