Executive Assistant
Location: Hybrid – New York, NY (In-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including the SVP Chief USB Data Officer, VP D&A Disability and Life, and VP D&A Dental and Vision within the Data & Analytics organization. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft Outlook calendars, inboxes, and key contact lists for senior executives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls; prepare meeting materials and correspondence.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, catering, meeting/event logistics, and distribution lists.
- Respond to information requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate team and executive needs to ensure leaders are fully prepared for daily meetings and commitments.
- Prioritize and manage multiple assignments, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion, manage time effectively, and stay highly organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications
- 7 years in an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
