Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Nights | 36 hrs/week | $2,701.48 Weekly
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in New Jersey. This role offers a fast-paced environment, excellent clinical exposure, and competitive weekly pay.
Position Details:
- Title: Emergency Department RN
- Location: Morristown, NJ
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule: 3x12s per week, every other weekend
- Start Date: January 12, 2026
- Weekly Pay: $2,701.48
- On-Call: None
- Holiday Requirement: If onboarded before Christmas, 1 holiday shift required
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments across all age groups (Pediatric to Geriatric).
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ED setting.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, including emergency procedures and use of emergency equipment.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation per nursing standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and care plans.
- Uphold patient safety standards, including proper identification and transfer techniques.
- Provide professional, compassionate communication with patients, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 1 year of recent experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Cardiac units
- BLS & ACLS required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred)
