Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections according to established protocols, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Implement aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings to coordinate care.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in medical records.
- Participate in memory care activities for geriatric patients, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
- Assist with neonatal ventilator management when necessary, ensuring the highest level of care for newborns.
Skills
