What You’ll Do
• Lead the preparation and review of complex individual, business, and trust tax returns
• Manage and execute audits and assurance engagements, from planning through financial statement preparation
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff while fostering their growth
• Perform advanced accounting, reporting, and financial analysis for clients across industries
• Research complex accounting and tax issues and deliver practical, client-focused solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor during client meetings and presentations
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to firm growth
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA license preferred; active CPA candidates considered)
• 3–6 years of progressive public accounting experience (audit tax required)
• Proficiency with accounting/tax software and Microsoft Office
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and auditing standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication with the ability to build lasting client relationships
