Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that improve IT services and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand current processes and suggest improvements
- Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of ServiceNow features
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Provide training and support for end-users and ensure proper documentation
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform
- Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Erlanger, KY
