Requirements
- Verifiable experience as a Class A Die Setter (REQUIRED)
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting multi-action presses
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust powder metal presses for production
- Troubleshoot setup and production issues
- Ensure parts meet all size, weight, density, and quality specifications
- Work with Quality during inspections and setup approval
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate with teammates during shift changes
