Responsibilities:

- Enter customer orders and track them from mill order through shipment to the customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders
- Interact with Outside Sales, Quality Assurance and Purchasing on a routine basis
- Represent Metals USA in a positive and professional manner
- Resolve customer service issues as needed by working within the team
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Quote customers on spot opportunities form time to time
- Learn the industry trends and understand customer demand / forecast trends
- Monitor, analyze and communicate sales data to contribute to production service schedule

Qualifications:
- Great attitude willing to learn new skills and technology with a fun team!
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Three (3) or more years of business to business (B2B) Sales
- Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers verbally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task with effective results
- Possess good problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Must have a professional demeanor and an ability to communicate effectively
- Computer Literacy w/ Microsoft Office Products
