Interested but no CNC experience? No problem. At MetalQuest, we believe many skills can be taught—but attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are what sets an excellent team apart from the rest.
What You’ll Learn and Do:
- How to operate advanced CNC machines
- How to use precision measuring tools
- How to read blueprints and make quality parts
- How to troubleshoot and maintain consistent production
Starting Pay: $24 - $29 (depending on shifts)
- 1st Shift : $24 / hour (starting rate depending on shifts and increases based on experience)
- Friday – Sunday 3:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Eligible for 36 hours worked but 40 hours paid (earn an extra 4 hours!)
- 2nd Shift : $29 / hour (starting rate depending on shifts and increases based on experience)
- Friday – Sunday 3:00 pm - 3:00 am
- Eligible for 36 hours worked but 40 hours paid (earn an extra 4 hours!)
**ALL SHIFTS MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON WEEKDAYS FOR THE FIRST 4-8 WEEKS**
