Role Overview
The Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Government Cloud solutions. The role focuses on mission-critical public sector systems including case management, licensing, and service operations.
This position requires a hands-on senior/lead developer who can own solution design, development, integrations, and platform governance while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end solution design on Salesforce Government Cloud
- Define integration architecture, data models, and system blueprints
- Ensure adherence to platform governance and best practices
Development & Engineering
- Build and customize using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Flows
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
- Develop and manage system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Requirements & Discovery
- Lead technical discovery sessions
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Release Management
- Analyze Salesforce seasonal releases (Spring/Summer/Winter)
- Identify:
- Breaking changes
- Feature impacts
- Required remediation
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product Owners
- Admins
- QA teams
- Vendors
- Drive cross-team delivery
AI Enablement
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation use cases
- Ensure ethical and compliant AI usage
Governance & Security
- Enforce:
