About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Backend-Heavy Full Stack AI Engineer with deep expertise in Python and agentic AI frameworks (Lang Graph) to build and deploy production-grade AI systems.
This role focuses on developing scalable AI agents, RAG pipelines, and data-driven AI applications integrated with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, hands-on, and capable of delivering business impact quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Lang Graph
- Develop backend-heavy systems using Python and FastAPI
- Implement advanced AI capabilities including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Text-to-SQL solutions
- Prompt-engineered agent workflows
- Business data summarization systems
- Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise applications
- Work extensively with structured datasets (PostgreSQL)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI leadership teams
- Contribute to frontend updates using Typescript when needed
Required Skills
Backend (Must Have)
- Strong expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience building production-grade APIs and backend systems
AI / Agentic Systems (Critical)
- Hands-on experience with Lang Graph
- Strong understanding of:
- Agent orchestration
- Prompt engineering

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
