About the Role
Client is seeking a highly experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead and execute end-to-end cutover activities for large-scale SAP transformation programs. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP platforms with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the cutover strategy, plan, and execution roadmap
- Coordinate across functional, technical, and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Lead cutover rehearsals, mock runs, and readiness assessments
- Oversee execution of:
- Data migration activities
- System validation and reconciliation
- Go-live and hypercare support
- Provide real-time status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Establish cutover governance framework and execution discipline
- Ensure business continuity and minimal downtime
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of SAP experience with strong cutover management expertise
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP go-live cycles
- Strong understanding of:
- Data migration strategies
- Testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT)
- Release & deployment management
- Ability to work in high-pressure, mission-critical environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication & coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large enterprise / multi-region SAP programs
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations
- PMP / SAP certifications (nice to have)
Salary : $60 - $65
