ESTIMATOR

Metal Sales is the nation's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems with 21 locations across America. Our Sellersburg, IN plant has an opening for an Estimator. An Estimator is responsible for supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams with customer project estimates using a variety of computer programs. You’ll be responsible for (but not limited to): Completing take off using current estimating software Completing reviews based off of testing requirements in specifications Completing accurate and descriptive documents representing project details on materials Supplying quote package to plant personnel Supporting inquiries from MSMC teams and customers The most qualified candidates will have: Knowledge of roofing and exterior wall panel products from an installation perspective Some experience with estimating roofing and exterior wall panel projects Solid mathematical skills and good analytical skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn estimating software such as Top View and/or AutoCAD / AppliCad Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting/AutoCAD preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent required The desire to provide world-class customer service What we can offer you: Challenging work environment with a stable privately owned company Career growth opportunities Competitive base pay with quarterly incentive potential Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible after 30 days) Paid time off (eligible immediately) 401K (eligible immediately) with company match (eligible after 1 year of service) Paid holidays (eligible immediately) And more Wellness program We appreciate you reviewing our opportunity and look forward to receiving your resume!
