Summary
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in West Michigan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process by operating press brake machines to shape and form metal components. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Operate press brake machines to bend and form metal sheets according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training new operators as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
