The Opportunity
We're looking for a field-based Outside Sales Representative to grow our contractor network across Miami-Dade County. You'll build your own territory from the ground up — opening new accounts with roofing contractors, builders, and developers — and get paid like it's yours, including residual income on the business you build and keep.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 annual base salary
Our compensation plan is designed to reward results. As your sales production grows, so does your earning potential.
- Good Performer: Generate approximately $1.5M in annual sales and earn around $100,000/year.
- Top Performer: Generate approximately $2.0M in annual sales and earn around $145,000–$150,000/year.
- Sales Superstar: Generate $3.5M in annual sales and earn $240,000 per year.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with roofing contractors, builders, general contractors, and developers across Miami-Dade.
- Prospect and open new accounts using a data-driven target list of the county's most active contractors.
- Present and sell Metal Master Shop's premium metal roofing and architectural sheet metal products.
- Manage your own pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Partner with our estimating, production, and customer service teams to keep quotes accurate and orders on track.
- Represent Metal Master Shop at industry events and trade shows.

What We're Looking For
- 3 years of outside B2B sales experience
- Experience selling to contractors or in construction-related industries
- A genuine hunter mentality — you build your own pipeline rather than waiting for leads
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
Nice to Have
- Experience in roofing, building materials, or metal products
- Background in construction supply, windows & doors, exterior products, or industrial distribution
