Job Overview
We are seeking a highly reliable team player willing to learn Microscopic TIG Welding. We manufacture Edge Welded Stainless Steel bellows for the Semiconductor, Medical, Aviation, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical and many other fields which require Bellows. join our advanced fabrication team. In this role, you will perform precision welding operations using the Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) process on small, intricate components requiring meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality standards are met, contributing to the production of complex metal assemblies and prototypes. Responsibilities which will be taught onsite
- Executing microscopic TIG welding on small-scale metal parts with exceptional accuracy, adhering strictly to blueprints and technical drawings.
- Interpreting mechanical blueprints, schematics, and fabrication shop drawings to determine welding specifications and procedures.
- Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math skills to verify dimensions and tolerances before welding.
