A Typical Shift
You'll work onsite Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. The day starts with getting set up at your station, checking materials, and reviewing what needs to be built. Throughout the shift you'll move between welding and fabrication tasks, coordinating with co-workers as work flows through the shop. You'll pace your work to meet production needs, pause to confirm fit and finish, and wrap up by cleaning up your area and getting set for the next day.
