About the Role: Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and sales? Metal Culverts Inc. is seeking to fill a position in our Inside Sales team. This role plays a critical part in estimating and coordinating the efficient movement of materials and products through our production process, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in analyzing construction project plans for quantity take-offs
- Prepare estimates and quotes based on customer specifications and project requirements
- Communicate effectively with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify potential issues or delays in the order process and proactively solve them while providing exceptional service throughout the order process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage the flow of materials and products through production.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Oracle NetSuite (or similar systems)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoCAD.
