Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead-generation techniques in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and enhance CWA Cabinets' social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Sectoral Magazine, etc.).
- Create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Active Lead Generation:
- Identify and implement innovative lead generation tactics to attract potential customers, including online ads, content marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at converting leads into customers.
4. Agent Follow-Up:
- Establish relationships with real estate agents, interior designers, and contractors to generate referrals.
- Follow up with leads generated from these partnerships to nurture relationships and close sales.
5. Trend Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies related to cabinetry and home improvement.
- Utilize insights gained from trend analysis to guide product development and marketing strategies.
6. Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and blog posts.
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with CWA Cabinets' brand voice and messaging.
7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, consumer insights, and market trends.
8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the home improvement or cabinetry industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
