Role Overview

Field Staff are the frontline representatives of World (Tools for Humanity).

In this role, you will engage directly with the public, support onboarding efforts, operate verification devices, and ensure a positive, safe, and professional experience for all participants. You play a critical role in educating communities, maintaining operational standards, and representing the organization with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in public or partner locations to explain World’s mission

and services

• Assist participants with onboarding, verification, and enrollment processes

• Operate and maintain field equipment and devices according to protocol

• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and safety guidelines

• Answer participant questions clearly and professionally

• Accurately document activities, issues, and daily metrics

• Collaborate with field leads and operations teams to meet engagement goals

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming field setup

• Travel to assigned locations as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable interacting with the public in fast-paced environments

• Ability to follow procedures and handle sensitive information responsibly

• Basic technical proficiency (smartphones, tablets, apps)

• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, brand ambassador, or community outreach experience

• Multilingual abilities (a plus)

• Experience working events, pop-ups, or field campaigns

• Familiarity with technology, fintech, or digital identity concepts
