Print Production
Chanhassen, MN (onsite)
3 Month (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

Qualifications

• Provides operational support across print production, document imaging, and mail services. This role involves handling high-volume equipment, maintaining workflow accuracy, supporting office services, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copiers, printers, document imaging systems, and related software
• Perform copying, binding, finishing, QC checks, and final output verification
• Process, sort, distribute, ship, and receive mail, packages, and fax communications; apply postage as required
• Use MS Office, email, internet browsers, and document management systems to open, process, store, and transfer files
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment (clear jams, ensure quality, escalate technical issues)
• Track inventory, supplies, service logs, meter readings, and basic billing records
• Respond to customer requests, service calls, and job status inquiries
• Deliver completed work to designated locations within or between buildings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and copier areas
• Support meeting/conference room setup and light building maintenance (moves, re-lamping, occasional cleaning)
• Perform filing, archiving, and document purging as needed
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment (paper cutter, shrink-wrap machine, hole driller, jogger, staplers, etc.)
• Assist with general office services, reception-type duties, or call support as required
• Work occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends if needed

• Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years of related experience preferred
• Experience with high-volume print/production environments is a plus
• Strong technical skills with MS Office, Outlook, internet browsers, and print portal systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Basic math, record-keeping, and organizational abilities
• Ability to lift 50–55 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, pushing equipment)
• Comfortable working in an office environment with varied tasks and moderate physical activity
• Reliable, self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel screening with authentication
• Business casual attire and comfortable shoes required
