Compliance Specialist III

Role Summary:
The CW will be responsible for building out Non-Product Requirements (NPRs) retroactively — reviewing existing regulatory and legal obligations that don't yet have formalized requirement documentation, and drafting clear requirement language that captures scope, interpretation, and jurisdictional applicability. Once requirements are documented, they will align each one to the appropriate compliance control, ensuring there is a clear, traceable connection between what we're obligated to do and how we demonstrate we're doing it.

Required Skills & Experience:
Regulatory/Compliance Framework Experience — Demonstrated experience working within GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) frameworks, understanding how obligations translate into enforceable requirements.
Requirements Writing — Ability to draft clear, precise compliance requirement language (including scope, interpretation, and applicability caveats).
Control Mapping & Alignment — Experience mapping requirements to controls and understanding the relationship between controls, verifiers, and evidence of compliance.
Attention to Detail & Documentation Rigor — Ability to work methodically through a backlog of obligations, ensuring nothing is missed and documentation is consistent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration — Comfort working across legal, policy, and operational teams to validate requirement language Familiarity with Compliance Tooling — Experience working in compliance management systems or similar platforms for tracking obligations, requirements, and controls (specific tools can be trained).

Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiar with Meta Privacy and/or Security programs

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.80/hour - $49.75/hour.
