As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide direct therapeutic services to individuals and families as they navigate recovery. This full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI involves facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with clients to create personalized paths to recovery. You will also work closely with the care team to ensure an integrative approach to mental health and substance use treatment while helping families work toward their goals.
- Expertise in Social Work and Case Management, with the ability to provide personalized and effective support to clients
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Psychology and Mental Health practices
- Experience in Family Therapy, with skills in fostering communication and strengthening family dynamics
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice therapy in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with populations affected by substance use disorders is a plus
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required
