We service over 500 loans and have hundreds of long-term Investors. Fidelity offers competitive pay, a 401K match, profit sharing and paid health benefits to all of its employees.ResponsibilitiesThe Loan Servicing Specialist will process borrower and investor payments, demands, payoffs and reconveyances.The Specialist will also board loans, monitor property taxes & insurance, make advances when necessary and in some cases, handle collections and loan modifications.This is an in-office position (on Wilshire Blvd., in Brentwood) and the Specialist will be communicating with borrowers, investors and management on a daily basis.QualificationsLoan Servicing Experience including the responsibilities described above, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills.The candidate should have a clear understanding of Notes, Deeds, Title Policies and Settlement Statements. Bi-lingual and experience with The Mortgage Office (loan servicing software) is a plus.A College Degree and a California Notary License is another plus.
