What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Executive position at Met Global Mobility?
THE MISSION
Met Global Mobility is a premium ground transportation firm trusted by Fortune 500 travel desks, AmLaw 100 law firms, and the world's leading luxury hotels. We've built the NYC operation and are now scaling the commercial team behind it. This is the first AE seat on that team. We don't have a 50-person marketing team handing you warm leads. We don't have a corporate handbook for every minute of your day. What we have is a world-class operation, a massive NYC opportunity, and a Founder hiring one Hunter to own this market.
THE ROLE
You will own the full sales lifecycle, from identifying the gatekeepers at a multi-billion dollar hedge fund to hosting the dinner that closes the deal. Your targets: Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and Travel Managers at AmLaw 100 firms, bulge bracket banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms.
You're not selling rides. You're selling reliability, trust, and command over executive time.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Build the playbook. You're not following a process — you're helping build the sales machine for our NYC HQ.
- Create the rooms. Don't just attend events. Host EA dinners, industry breakfasts, and high-touch networking that gets you inside top-tier accounts.
- Be the face. Represent Met Global at GBTA, private clubs, and corporate travel summits.
- Own the full cycle. Prospecting, discovery, pitch, negotiation, close — and stay involved until the account is a well-oiled machine.
- Live in the CRM. If it's not there, it didn't happen.
WHO YOU ARE
- High agency. You don't ask for permission. You find a way around the gatekeeper — or you make the gatekeeper your best ally.
- Scrappy and sophisticated. You can talk shop with a fleet mechanic in the morning and pitch a Managing Director at in the afternoon.
- Proven closer. You've sourced and closed premium B2B contracts in the $50K–$300K range. You can name the clients.
