About the Role:As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s reach within both national and international markets. Utilizing your enthusiasm and strategic approach, you will identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, ultimately fueling the company’s continued success in the visual marketing industry. Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned multi-state territory, focusing on fleet graphics, retail signage, POP materials, and OEM graphics.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions.Present compelling proposals and product demonstrations clearly and confidently in various settings.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed customer expectations.Persistently overcome obstacles and objections, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness.Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and innovative marketing solutions to enhance sales strategies.Consistently seek out new sources of business and up-sell existing clients to maximize revenue potential. Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in fleet graphics, retail signage (POP), and/or OEM graphics environments.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Bachelor’s Degree required.Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and development.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.You must be able to work onsite in Wheeling, IL when not traveling, and the role will require about 50 percent travel.
