Messika is seeking a Client Advisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA. As a Client Advisor, you will engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service, ensure an elevated shopping experience, and drive sales to meet store targets. Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, offering tailored jewelry consultations, maintaining in-depth knowledge of Messika’s collections, and managing merchandising displays. You will also represent the brand’s values and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and luxury service.
- Sales and customer service skills, including a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
