The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated PRN Nurses to join our team.
Available PRN Schedules:
- Day Shift
- 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- Evening Shift
- 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
- Night Shift
- 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Our PRN nursing team members must commit to a minimum of 32 hours per month with 16 of those hours being worked on weekends - during their assigned shift. Outside of the minimum requirement, PRN Nurses can pick up additional hours on other shifts (if available).

What You’ll Do
· Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents.
· Lead and support nursing team members on your assigned neighborhood and shift.
· Observe, assess, and document resident conditions while ensuring families and physicians are kept informed.
· Oversee and implement individualized care plans from admission through ongoing updates.
· Foster a safe, positive, and relationship-centered environment for residents and staff.
· Coordinate appointments, transportation, and interdepartmental communication.
· Support team accountability, including initiating disciplinary procedures when needed.
What You Bring
· Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to stay organized and focused in a dynamic environment.
· Experience with EHR systems and basic technology tools (preferred).
· One year of clinical experience is helpful but not required.
