We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused **Service Account Coordinator** to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring prompt and professional service, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.

**Responsibilities**

• Coordinate daily service operations and manage customer accounts efficiently
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Track service performance and prepare reports on account status
• Assist in developing customized service plans for clients
• Schedule and oversee implementation of service updates or installations
• Ensure all client records and communications are accurately maintained

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
