Prime-Time Service Coordinator – After Hours

MaintenX International is a fully licensed, general contracting company with a focus on total facility maintenance and repair. We are looking for a Prime-Time Service Coordinator to dispatch and manage Service Technicians and Business Partners (Subcontractors) during the evening, overnight, and weekend hours to provide emergency service repair work to our customers.

We are seeking candidates with a strong sense of independent judgment, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of urgency and be able to communicate effectively with customers. This position reports to the Directors of National Service and may assist with special projects as needed.

The Prime-Time Service Coordinator should feel comfortable working in both a team environment and independently. At MaintenX, our customers rely on us to keep their business running 24/7, and our Prime-Time Service Coordinators are an integral part of meeting and exceeding this expectation.

Schedule:
This is an after-hours position. You will need to be able to work evenings, overnights, and every weekend.

• Shift: Monday – Sunday, 11:30 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

• Days off will be during the week and may not be consecutive.

• Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and dispatch emergency calls (work orders) to Service Technicians/Business Partners
• Ensure customers are updated on the status of emergency work orders at all times
• Update the MaintenX Work Order Management System and customer web portals
• Manage Service Technician and Business Partner onsite times and costs to stay within customer guidelines
• Enter purchase orders into the MaintenX Work Order Management System
• Upload quotes into customer web portals
• Run daily reports as required
• Provide a summary of managed work orders to daytime Regional Service Coordinators

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
• Dispatching, call center, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to work a rotating evening, overnight, and weekend schedule (evening shifts between 3:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Monday–Friday and all hours Saturday and Sunday)

Compensation:
• $18 – $22 per hour, based on experience
