Messa Sync is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advertising Coordinator to support our marketing and advertising operations. This position plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding, campaign delivery, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate advertising campaigns from conception to completion
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
- Track budgets and ensure cost-efficiency in all advertising efforts
- Communicate with vendors, media outlets, and partners to manage ad placements
- Assist in developing advertising strategies and presentations
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and analysis
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising content and formats
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or marketing coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with advertising and analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
