Get your career started with RVB!!! Rio Valley Biofuels is hiring a Plant Manager in El Paso, TX!

Rio Valley Biofuels is seeking a strong, decisive leader to assume full operational command of a modern, PLC-automated biodiesel facility in El Paso with significant scale: daily production capability of 50,000 gallons, delivering a monthly finished output of 1.5 million gallons at full run-rate.

This is an opportunity to restart and optimize a well-equipped biofuels plant following a temporary shutdown. You'll have complete ownership of turning the facility back into a reliable, profitable operation while building a high-performance team and culture.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Full P&L accountability for plant operations and profitability
• Leadership across engineering, production, quality control, laboratory, and maintenance teams
• Execution of safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and cost-control targets
• Optimization of core mechanical systems (pumps, boilers, filters, heat exchangers, and advanced PLC-controlled processes)
• Reliability, continuous improvement, and process enhancements that directly drive EBITDA growth
  
  

Finished product sales are handled at the corporate level — your sole focus is operational excellence and bottom-line results.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent in manufacturing (biofuels, chemicals, refining, or similar continuous/process industries strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated success leading diverse technical and hourly teams to deliver consistent, measurable performance
• Solid mechanical knowledge — particularly with pumps, boilers, filtration systems, and PLC-based automation
• Objective, goal-driven leader who excels with data, accountability, and performance turnarounds
• Willingness to live in or relocate to El Paso (relocation assistance provided for top candidates, no sponsorship)
