About the Role

We are seeking research engineers with extensive technical experience in training AI models. You will join our research team to innovate and build our core 3D foundation models, and tackle challenging algorithm design problems.

What We're looking for:

• Strong mathematical and statistical background with deep insights into machine learning algorithms.
• Familiar with deep learning models (ResNet, Transformer, etc.) and generative AI algorithms (Diffusion, GAN, VAE, Flow-based models, etc.).
• Proficient in using open-source deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Experience in model training and performance optimization.

Nice to Have：

• 3 years of practical work experience in AI, with hands-on development experience.
• Experience of multimodal training such as 3D, video generation, or computer vision methods.
• Contributions to popular open-source machine learning projects.
• Publications in top-tier AI/ML/CV conferences.
