What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high quality features delivery.
- Conduct detailed design, coding, and unit testing based on requirements and design documents.
- Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to elevating the team's technical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain distributed, robust and scalable programs deployed to Kubernetes environments that serve hundreds of millions of users.
- Support and debug production issues through on-call rotations.
- 3 years of backend development experience.
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Deep expertise in one or more backend languages: Golang, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and backend microservices.
- Proficient in common data structures and algorithms with excellent coding habits and style.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to build consensus with stakeholders.
- Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
- Quick learner for new technologies.
- Open-source contribution experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native tooling.
