Job Summary: The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.

Job Summary: The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.
Responsibilities
- Create crates based on company standards and customer requirements
- Prepare and package various commercial and consumer products for storage
- Determines appropriate storage and location of property and equipment considering weight limits and required space
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regularly lift 40 pounds
- The ability to stay on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead
