Aggregate Production Laborer
Job Title: Aggregate Production Laborer
Department: Materials
Reports to: Crew Foreman
Pay: $17.00/hour^

Job Summary:
Supports aggregate mining, crushing, screening, washing, and material processing operations involving the open pit mine, conveyor systems, wash plant, and crusher operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist with aggregate mining and material processing operations.• Perform housekeeping around conveyors, crushers, screens, and wash plants.• Remove material buildup and maintain clean work areas.• Monitor material flow and report operational issues.• Assist with inspections and routine maintenance activities.• Support wash plant, crusher, and screening operations.• Assist with stockpile management activities.• Follow MSHA regulations and company safety procedures.• Report equipment issues and safety concerns to supervisors.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to follow MSHA and company safety requirements.• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor environments.• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and conveyors.• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous aggregate production, mining, quarry, or construction experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and loud machinery.• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
