Job Summary
The Partnership for Children and Families (PCF) is the Early Childhood Council for Mesa County. This position will promote the collaboration of the PCF among the various agencies helping to provide Early Childhood Education services for the community from birth to age eight. Performs a variety of directed administrative, management, and professional functions to support the internal operations of PCF. This position will serve as a liaison to MCPH as the fiscal sponsor. This position will support the administrative and communication functions of PCF and directly support the team supervisors and PCF Director, including grant, contractual, and fiscal coordination and oversight.

- **Manage external listservs**
- **Manages internal and external communication and correspondence, including team emails and internal referrals.**
- **Track and monitor fiscal sponsor reports of revenue and PCF expenditures, advising on budgets, expenses, and financials for PCF grants.**
- **Serve as a liaison to the County to coordinate with finance, procurement, and contracting for formal documents.**
- **Contribute to grant management and inform strategic planning, growth, and maintenance of the programs.**
- **Assist team leaders in various daily duties, team functions, trainings, events, and representations.**
- **Coordinate event planning and scheduling, including the Early Childhood Steering Committee.**
- **Assist in the management of all statutorily required documents and processes of PCF, including but not limited to early childhood council bylaws, memorandums of understanding, and fiscal agreements.**
- **Prepares and submits meeting agendas and minutes.**
- **Develop an understanding of all required computer systems.**
- **Maintain detailed records of multiple tracking systems and process payment systems.**
- **Assists the supervisors and Director in the daily operations of PCF as requested in activities and projects to meet grant objectives.**
- **Consciously creates a workplace culture consistent with the vision, mission, and values of all early childhood services within PCF.**
- **Participates in emergency planning and response activities.**
- **Participates n agency-wide activities that may include strategic planning, quality improvement, and/or staff development, as appropriate.**
- **Completes necessary training through FEMA, including Incident Command Structure (ICS) courses.**
- **When a local declaration of emergency or disaster is declared by County leadership, employees may be required to work as part of the National Incident Management System (NIMS).**
- **Performs other duties as assigned.**
**Education and Experience**
- **Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training**
- **Bachelor's degree preferred**
- **More than 3 years of related experience**
- **Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the job.**
- **Advanced knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.**
- **Experience with Google Applications, including Gmail and Drive.**
- **This position requires standing, stooping, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting to 10 pounds.**
- **Work is generally confined to a standard office environment. **
- **May be exposed to communicable diseases and infections.**
