What You'll Own
- Convert inbound leads into loyal recurring clients — you're the first voice prospects hear, and you know how to make it count
- Deliver a 5-star client experience across every touchpoint — phone, email, and scheduling
- Keep operations sharp: appointment coordination, data entry, invoicing, and reporting
- Partner with leadership on growth projects and process improvements that move the business forward
- Demonstrate leadership readiness — top performers step into location management as we expand
