WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare supply pouches the day before so crews are set up for success each morning
- Step in to cover cleans when a crew member can't make it — with a bonus for every clean you cover
- Conduct quality control walkthroughs and crew check-ins to keep standards high
- Recruit and screen cleaning candidates to keep our team growing
- Manage equipment — track vacuum conditions, send units for repair, and advise when replacements are needed
- Handle supply ordering and ensure crews are caring for their tools and materials
- Support AirBnb turnovers on weekends as needed
- Communicate with crews via phone and text throughout the day

SCHEDULE & PAY
- Morning shifts — home by noon every day
- No nights, no late evenings
- Base pay: $20/hr
- Bonus pay for every clean you cover
