Major Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic account growth by identifying new and untapped hospital and healthcare system opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite and senior leadership
- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals
- Use a consultative selling approach to promote products and deliver value-driven solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify and expand business opportunities
- Maintain deep knowledge of products, disease states, and market dynamics
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical, Market Access, National Accounts) to support account success
- Navigate managed care and reimbursement environments to optimize access
- Manage territory resources effectively and ensure accurate reporting and CRM utilization
- Represent Merz with professionalism, integrity, and compliance while embodying company values
Required Experience
- 3 years specialty sales experience (pharmaceutical/biotech preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Buy and Bill injectable experience
- Hospital sales experience
- Neurology experience
- Proven & documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales management goals
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree (at minimum)
