Responsibilities
- Promotes an environment of guest satisfaction by making the client's shopping and jewelry needs the first priority
- Develops and maintains complete knowledge of all bridal and fashion merchandise
- Operates as a point of contact with vendor partners
- Ability to plan, organize, and follow up on personal responsibilities
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Positive and enthusiastic work style, friendly manner when dealing with clients
- Willing to work in-person and have a client facing role
- GIA diamond certification is appreciated, but not required to start
- Previous jewelry experience is appreciated, but not required
