Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager (QC) that will help in inspecting our clients homes to ensure the cleanings meet the Merry Maids standards. This position reports to the Office Manager and by extension, the District Manager. As a Quality Manager, you will help in the office and assist in a happy and welcoming environment. We are looking for serious applicants only, who want to be a part of a great team.

Responsibilities
- Inspect homes to ensure the cleaning is to Merry Maids standards as explained to customers
- help keep laundry moving from washer to dryer
- make cleaning bags to next days business
- will help train new employees
- need to be able to communicate with Office Manager when cleaning issues arise
- need to be able to speak with customers in a professional tone and manner
- help keep our office area clean and neat
- contribute to a healthy and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Must drivers license (real id to get on Ft Sill) insurance and reliable vehicle (NOT AN OPTION)
- Strong work history with at least 1 yr in management/customer service
- Strong communication skills dealing with customers and employees
- Need to be proficient in computers
- Need to be able to lift 20lbs
- Must like animals (this is not an option, most customers have pets)
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
