Are you looking for a Childcare Provider opportunity with one of Maryland's most elite athletic organizations? Do you have a passion for working with children? If so, this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for highly motivated Kid Club Associates who will enjoy fostering a safe and warm environment for the children of our members and guests!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe, warm, loving environment for the children of our members and guests
- Maintaining a sanitary and safe environment at all times
- Maintaining positive interactions with members on a daily basis
- Providing direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot
- Consistently showing an escalating level of service mentality
- Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy
- Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services
Qualified applicants will possess: a drive to succeed, a background/genuine interest in caregiving or childhood education and development, at least one year experience providing care to children.
