Before & After Care Director!(At our Eldersburg Club)

We are looking for a highly motivated Before & After Care Directorwho will enjoy fostering a safe and warm environment for the children of our members and guests!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing a safe, warm, loving environment for the children of our members and guests
- Maintaining a sanitary and safe environment at all times
- Maintaining positive interactions with members on a daily basis
- Providing direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot
- Consistently showing an escalating level of service mentality
- Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy
- Maintaining current knowledge of club programs and services
Hours will include before school hours and after school hours.
Qualified applicants will possess: a drive to succeed, a background/genuine interest in care-giving or childhood education and development, experience as a Director of a child care facility, possess a 90-hour early childhood certification and Director's certification.
