As our HR leader, you'll partner with company leadership to recruit top talent, administer payroll and benefits, support employee development, and foster a positive workplace culture. While this is a management-level role, it does not include direct reports.

What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Process and coordinate payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, open enrollment, and employee questions.
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Develop and deliver employee training on topics such as safety, workplace policies, leadership, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Assist leadership with performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes and programs.
- Partner with leadership to support business goals while maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We Are Looking For:
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role.
- Experience with recruiting, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
