We are looking for a dependable, organized Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to help support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and helping schedule appointments
- Gathering basic customer information and helping qualify incoming leads
- Scheduling sales appointments
- Following up with customers after appointments
- Following up on unsold estimates and missed opportunities
- Entering and updating customer information in our CRM
- Creating and maintaining job files
- Helping coordinate communication between customers, sales, and production
- General office and clerical duties as needed
- Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude with customers and coworkers
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day.
Previous office, customer service, scheduling, or construction-related experience is helpful but not required.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Regular office hours begin at 8:00 AM.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
